People Operations Intern

Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
- Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings with potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
- Track and update candidate pipelines and databases
- Assist in creating recruitment materials and job descriptions
- Provide support in employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
