Role Overview

- The IT / Software Consultant will play a key role in supporting our digital infrastructure, optimising software solutions, and ensuring seamless technical operations.
- In addition, this role will oversee and manage our social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Software Consulting:
- Analyse business requirements and implement suitable IT/software solutions.
- Provide expert advice on systems integration, software upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support to internal teams.
- Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver technical projects on time.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content that reflects our brand and services.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and online campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s / Master`s Degree
- Minimum of 6 years experience in IT consulting, software support, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud services, and system administration.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
