IT Admin Officer

Role Description
- We’re looking for a skilled IT Administrator Officer to oversee our company’s digital infrastructure, website management, and online systems.
- The ideal candidate is both technically sound and creatively adaptive, able to manage web platforms, optimize performance, and support cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage WordPress and WooCommerce websites (setup, customization, updates, and optimization).
- Oversee Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, and hosting environments (domains, servers, SSL, and configurations).
- Support project management operations using tools like Trello, Notion, or SmartSuite.
- Run and monitor digital ads (Google, YouTube), analyze campaign data, and generate performance reports.
- Track analytics (GA4, Search Console) and implement SEO recommendations.
- Provide IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth team collaboration across tools.
Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years’ experience in IT administration, website management, or digital systems.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and digital analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with automation, SEO, and online marketing tools is an added advantage.
