JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs and opportunities for employees.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and succession planning strategies.
- Support career development initiatives and opportunities for employees.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
