Job Summary
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Sales organisation, supporting the alignment of HR strategy with business objectives, talent planning, sales performance, and organisational effectiveness.
- Deliver business insights via HR analytics, workforce planning, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions and enhance the capability, performance, and engagement of the Sales organisation.
