Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and reliable female Housekeeper/Chef to join our household team.
  • This role combines housekeeping duties with culinary responsibilities, ensuring a clean, organized home while also preparing nutritious and delicious meals for the family.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent cooking skills.

Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties:

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens.
  • Organize and maintain household supplies, ensuring all areas are stocked and tidy.
  • Assist in managing household schedules and appointments as needed.
  • Ensure the home is secure and well-maintained at all times.
  • Handle and manage any household cleaning emergencies or special requests.

Culinary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals according to dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Grocery shop and manage pantry inventory to ensure fresh ingredients are available.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Prepare meals for special occasions or events as needed.
  • Collaborate with family members to accommodate meal preferences and dietary requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper, cook, or in a similar role.
  • Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Respect for privacy and confidentiality of the household
  • Optional: Certifications in culinary arts or relevant training preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • May require lifting and moving household items.
  • 1 weekend off in a month.
