ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Supervisor oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of the organization\’s facilities. The role ensures that all building systems, infrastructure, and equipment function optimally while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Ensure that facilities are safe, clean, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility repairs, security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and repair costs.
- Supervise security and safety measures, including fire safety, access control, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and facility-related expenditures.
- Ensure timely response to facility-related requests and complaints from employees.
- Oversee office space allocation, furniture arrangements, and facility upgrades as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor\’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, OSHA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or operations.
