Job Title: Director, Policy Analytics & Intelligence
Location: Abuja

Job Summary
- To build and manage the national reform intelligence system, track policy performance, generate actionable insights, and produce analytics reports for use by the Presidency and MDAs
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the National Reform Tracker
- Define KPIs with each MDA
- Lead development of dashboards
- Oversee policy analysts and researchers
- Produce Weekly Intelligence Digests
- Conduct cross-sector analysis
- Manage all reform-related data pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Policy, Economics, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years in analytics, policy, governance, economics
- Strong modelling and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Python/R, BI).
- Strong leadership and quality assurance skills.
