The Position
- We are seeking a dynamic who will support the company leadership by coordinating daily operations, and improving communication between departments.
- This role focuses on ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively, operational processes run smoothly, and leadership priorities are translated into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track key projects and initiatives across departments.
- Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when needed.
- Support in streamlining workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
- Ensure alignment of departmental goals with company objectives.
- Support leadership in monitoring business performance, and operational targets.
- Promote effective collaboration, accountability, and company values across teams.
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience (operations, strategy, or executive support).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
