As a key player in our marketing team, you will:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns – Implement strategies that boost patient inquiries and conversions through both online and offline marketing.
- Community Marketing & Neighborhood Engagement – Promote our services within local communities, building relationships with residents and businesses.
- Business Retainership & Partnerships – Visit companies, schools, and organizations to secure corporate retainerships and partnerships.
- School & Corporate Outreaches – Organize dental awareness campaigns in schools, offices, and public events to promote oral health.
- Social Media Growth & Engagement – Boost our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube with engaging content.
- Lead Generation & Patient Conversion – Implement SMART strategies to turn online and offline leads into loyal patients.
- Brand Awareness & Content Creation – Develop compelling marketing materials, stories, and campaigns that highlight our services.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor campaign success, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for better ROI.
- TARGET ACCOUNTABILITY – Marketer must show clear evidence of meeting monthly and quarterly targets, including measurable lead generation, conversions, outreach activities, and partnership acquisitions.
Who We’re Looking For
- A self-driven, persuasive, and creative marketer
- Experience in community marketing, brand awareness, and social media growth
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in digital & traditional marketing strategies
- Ability to craft effective outreach programs and retainership proposals
