Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer outreach to Oil & Gas operators and vessel contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
- Set up and coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, opportunities, and contracts to ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate with the foreign technical partners’ Sales and Business Development team to drive revenue growth.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase the company’s market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance teams to align service delivery with client requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company policies in all business dealings.
- Provide periodic reports and forecasts on business opportunities, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or petroleum)
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the oil and gas service sector.
- Experience from the Oil & Gas industry, ideally from subsea, is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, especially upstream/midstream/downstream operations and services.
- Experience from the Oil & Gas industry, ideally from subsea, is an advantage but not a strict requirement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in bidding, contract negotiation, and tender processes.
