What are we looking for?
- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Agrochemicals Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture, understands crop protection and soil health products, and is motivated to build long-term relationships with farmers, distributors, and stakeholders within the agricultural value chain.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with customers.
- A solid understanding of agrochemical products and their application in crop production.
- The discipline to achieve sales targets while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
The Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agrochemical products to farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and training sessions for clients
- Provide technical advice and after-sales support to customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to implement promotional activities.
If you possess…
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science.
- Minimum of 1 –3 years’ experience in agrochemicals or agricultural input sales.
- Good knowledge of crop protection products, fertilizers, and modern farming practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working directly with smallholder farmers and cooperatives.
- Familiarity with precision agriculture tools and digital platforms for sales.
- Multilingual skills (local languages and English)
- Established network within the agricultural sector.
