As a Account Manager, an incumbant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes for all vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial terms; reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies efficiently; overseeing stock counts and reconciliation for finished goods, paddy, packing materials, spares, and stores; maintaining the Fixed Assets file and conducting periodic physical verification; implementing and monitoring internal controls; and supporting month-end close activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
