The applications are open to apply for the United Nations Nippon Foundation Fellowship 2026. It is a fully funded fellowship for 9 months divided into two phases. In Phase One, fellows will spend 3 months at DOALOS at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Phase two consists of a 6-month Advanced Academic Research and Study training at one of the prestigious participating Host Institutions of the UN Nippon Fellowship in Europe, the USA, Australia, Asia, Canada, and other countries. The Objective of the UNNF Fellowship 2026 is to invite professionals from developing states who are working in the fields of ocean affairs, the law of the sea, and provide them with advanced training in ocean affairs and the law of the sea and related disciplines. Structure of the Program
