Candidates from around the world are eligible to apply. There is no application fee, and IELTS is also not required. The theme for the 2025 program is “Unity in Uncertainties“. The forum gathers people from around the world to discuss and analyze key developments, geopolitics, maritime issues, and policy options related to the South China Sea. Eligibility Criteria

• Selection: Eight Young Leaders will be selected to attend the conference.
