The Applications are open to apply for the Singapore A STAR ACIS Scholarship 2026. It is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Singapore for International students to pursue a PhD program. The Good thing is that final-year Undergraduates and graduate students are also eligible for the A STAR ACIS Scholarship. The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Government agency in Singapore. ACIS stands for the A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship, which aims to attract Singaporeans and International applicants to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) areas. After the completion of the scholarship, a 3-year service in Singapore-based companies is required for International applicants. More details are below.

Scholarship Coverage

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all nationals, including Singaporeans.
• Non-Singaporean applicants must have completed a degree or be on track to complete one.
• Hold at least a Second Upper-Class Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Applicants in the final semester of their undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the CIS area.

Service Commitment

There is a 3-year service commitment. Non-Singaporeans must work for 3 years in any Singapore-based company related to CIS disciplines.
