It is a fully funded international youth forum taking place in Istanbul from February 25 to 28, 2026. The FLA Turkey is open to candidates from around the world. The program aims to connect leaders and build bridges across cultures, express innovative ideas for the global challenges, and create a more sustainable and united world. IELTS is not required, and candidates with any academic background can apply. The fully funded scholarship covers Airfare, Meals, Accommodation, Cultural Tour, and Conference Access.
