The applications are now open for the Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL Scholarship 2026/28. It is a fully funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s degree program offered in six different Universities in Europe. This program is funded by the European Union and is open to candidates from around the world. There is no application fee, and students can choose to study in two different universities in a different country. Each year, around 12 applicants get a chance to enroll in an Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL program. MIPDaL stands for Master of Intellectual Property Law and Data Law, an international study program focusing on advanced training in Intellectual Property (IP) and Data Law. More details are below.

Program Structure
1st MIPDaL Semester:

2nd MIPDaL Semester:
The second semester is dedicated to one of three specialization tracks, followed by the Master’s Thesis.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates from all countries are eligible.
Your two countries of study must be different from your country of residence at the time of enrolment.
Academic Degree: You must have an equivalent to a four-year degree, like a Bachelor’s + first Master’s, or a four-year Bachelor’s.
Conditional Offer: May be granted if you’ve completed 80% of the credits and provide proof of completion by a specified date.
Language Proficiency in Either English, Spanish, or French.
Proof of Language Proficiency test is required.
