We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, performance, and people operations at our Abuja call center.
Responsibility:
– Manage recruitment & onboarding of call agents
– Drive performance & attendance management
Remote work
– Handle staff welfare, conflict resolution & compliance
– Support training, retention, and engagement initiatives
– Ensure HR policies align with labor laws
Qualifications:
3+ years HR experience (call center preferred)
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
Great leadership, communication & people skills
Bachelor’s degree (CIPM is a plus)
