Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the MD to provide high-level administrative, operational, and secretarial support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD’s office, optimizing executive efficiency, provides high-level administrative and supporting strategic priorities.
The role requires a proactive, highly organized, and discreet individual capable of managing competing priorities and representing the MD with professionalism in all engagements.
The EA will be responsible for calendar management, executive communications, stakeholder engagement etc and acts as a key liaison between the MD and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong research capability.
Salary: 300,000- 400,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on key deliverables, decisions, and strategic initiatives from meetings and business engagements.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions and briefings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal matters at all times.
- Assist in project management, helping to monitor deadlines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Ensure efficient flow of information and communication across departments involving the MD’s office.
- Represent the MD professionally in his absence when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification should be a minimum of a B.Sc. in Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
