Estate Management Graduate – Planning & Licensing Coordinator

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Experience: 0 – 4 years
  • Location: Abuja , Lagos
  • Job Field: Real Estate 
  • Salary Range₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month

We are a London-based architecture planning and licensing practice. We submit UK planning and licensing application. Training on UK rules and our systems will be provided.

Job type

Full-time, 5½ days a week • Work from home (stable power and internet required)

Key tasks

  • Coordinate information flows – track emails, share updates, and keep clients informed.
  • Complete licensing and planning forms with accurate details and attachments.
  • Read and summarise planning & licensing documents to flag refusals, conditions, or next steps.
  • Generate leads – research prospects, build contact lists, draft outreach emails, and log responses.
  • Write SEO-friendly blog posts on UK planning, property, and licensing topics.
  • Update website content.

Must-have

  • BSc/HND in Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Real Estate, or Law or a recognised Paralegal certificate
  • Excellent written English with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Clear, confident communicator who works well with a remote team
  • Genuine commitment to continuous learning and development
