Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join the team and play a key role in expanding market presence and generating sustainable revenue streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and positioning the company’s comprehensive engineering solutions to target clients.

Reporting Line: COO

Industry: Engineering

Salary: 400,000 Monthly (Net)

Benefits: HMO, Commission, Pension, Group Life Insurance.

Work Mode: Full-time – Onsite

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business leads across sectors requiring construction and civil engineering solutions, such as road infrastructure, drainage systems, and commercial buildings.
  • Actively pursue opportunities in mechanical installation projects, including industrial piping, steel fabrication, and HVAC systems, by targeting manufacturing, industrial, and facilities management clients.
  • Promote the company’s electrical engineering capabilities, such as power systems installation, street lighting projects, electrical maintenance contracts, and substation services, to relevant government and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal project and technical teams to structure bespoke end-to-end project management solutions for clients—ensuring alignment with execution, supervision, and quality assurance expectations.
  • Prepare technical sales proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to specific client requirements across engineering domains.
  • Lead contract negotiations and bid processes for both public and private sector engineering projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction that translates to repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and forums to network, identify prospects, and stay updated on market and regulatory trends.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the engineering, construction, or technical services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical sales, tendering, and B2B deal-making in infrastructure or engineering services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex technical offerings.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
