We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and driven Operational Supervisor to manage and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive graduate with a strong track record in supervising teams and managing logistics. Male candidates are preferred due to the specific demands of the operational environment.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Must be a university graduate (BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
- Must possess verifiable prior experience in an operational or supervisory role.
- Full-time commitment to the Monday to Saturday work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operational staff, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current operational procedures and implement practical solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
- Quality Control: Ensure all operational activities and output meet defined quality standards and company policies.
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock levels, manage local logistics, and coordinate the movement of goods or resources as required.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports, summarizing key metrics and outlining challenges to senior management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the team operates in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and internal guidelines.
