MTN FiberHome Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the FTTH/FTTX sales team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for MTN FiberHome broadband products and services.
- Utilize Google Earth and other tools for territory mapping, market analysis, and sales planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews using MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with technical, deployment, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with MTN FiberHome policies, sales processes, and EHS standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience and at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial position.
- Demonstrated success in the Nigerian telecom, fiber broadband (FTTH/FTTX), or related industry (e.g., FMCG).
- Strong analytical and planning skills with proficiency in Google Earth for territory mapping.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
- Proven ability to design and implement sales strategies that exceed performance targets.
- Experience with MTN or ZTE fiber products and systems is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
