Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ADB Scholarship program, candidates should:

• Be a national of an ADB member country and a Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible
  country.
• Meet the General Requirements of the University.
• Hold a bachelor’s Degree.
• Have at least two years of full-time professional working experience.
• Not be more than 35 years old at the time of application.
• Agree to return and work in his/her home country for at least two years after completion of their master’s studies.
• Have gained admission to an approved master’s course at the University of Hong Kong.
