IT Lead / Manager

Job Responsibilities
Software Maintenance and Development:

  • Leverage Node.js with Express to build scalable and efficient web application
  • Understanding of python and javascript in web development and server side
  • Understanding of frappe architecture (can learn on the job)
  • Maintain existing websites and implement new features

IT Infrastructure:

  • Laptop Provisioning and inventory management
  • Network device management
  • Ensure IT device compliance to all IT policies

IT Security & Structure:

  • Ensure access control on all company applications and tools
  • Ensure proper asset assignment and Role base access control
  • Coordinate IT policy compliance checks and awareness training
  • Manage MS365 administration and policy governance

Graphic and Media:

  • Work with the team to ensure curated designs delivered promptly
  • Work with other HODs to curate content calendar and ensure the team adheres to it

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and direct software developers in carrying out their task
  • Carry out code reviews and repository review to ensure clean git branches
  • Curate reports on different IT activities

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc, B.Tech or HND
  • Can learn some on the job, others – prior credible experience needed.
  • 2-5 years of development experience using any of the listed frameworks above
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team setting
  • Ability to manage product deployment
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Environment.
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural pattern
  • Ability to effectively lead a team
