Purpose of the Job
- Oversee Diversey interest on site, provide expert support to other sites. Expand F+B
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Diversey operations on site
- Liaise with customer management team
- Overview reporting on behalf of Diversey
- Evaluates and identifies training needs
- Implement process improvement and standards
- Expand F+B via increase NTS
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Expand F+B – Monthly
- Achieve full margin potential – Monthly
- Safety – Daily
- Cash for growth – Weekly
- Exceed Customer expectation – Monthly
- High Performing Team – Engagement, Drive & Development – Weekly
Required Qualification & Exoerience
- Min of B.Sc or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Food science & Technology or any other related course with not less than 1 year cognate experience
