Job Description
- MAR&MOR is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead teams and oversee the successful delivery of MEPF projects across various business units.
- In this role, you will ensure efficient resource management, schedule adherence, and project success, all while contributing to process improvements that elevate project delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate on-site project teams to meet objectives and milestones.
- Oversee full project lifecycle—from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed project plans, estimates, and manage resources to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide necessary training.
- Manage project scope, changes, and act as an internal quality control check.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement, project valuation for claims, and project closure with proper documentation.
- Represent MAR&MOR in project and strategy meetings and provide interpretation of plans and contract terms.
Requirements
- B.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of post-NYSC experience in building services engineering, including 5 years managing MEPF projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- COREN registered member.
