Maintenace Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Manager and Project Manager in ensuring smooth setup and operational readiness of the new facility.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, HSE, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance (experience in hospitality, manufacturing, or catering industry is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and support project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
