The Global Leadership Challenge 2025 is a prestigious program that will select 100 Young leaders through an open application process. The Winners of the Global Leadership Challenge will be invited to attend the 55th St Gallen Symposium in May 2026 in Switzerland as Leaders of Tomorrow. The Expenses for Travel and accommodation are fully covered. The GLC identifies the best applicants who engage with the Complex Global Key challenges. The Global Leadership Challenge aims to develop the next generation of responsible leaders. The applicants will be assessed on their leadership and global engagement. Attend a Fully Sponsored Symposium in Switzerland

Winners of the Global Leadership Challenge will be invited to attend the Fully Funded 55th St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland in May 2026 at the University of St. Gallen.

Eligibility Criteria

• You are eligible if you are a student and enrolled in a Master’s or a PhD program.
• You are eligible if you are a young professional (aged between 21 and 30 years).
• You must have completed your undergraduate studies.
• You’ve shown your leadership skills through extracurricular activities or work.
• The Global Leadership Challenge is open to applicants from all countries and in all fields.

Deadline and Result

The last date to apply for the Global Leadership Challenge 2024 is 2nd November 2025. The Results will be announced in mid-November.
