Senior Project Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project controls: cost, planning, contracts, documentation
- Track equipment delivery, progress, and payments
- Liaise with contractors, authorities (NAPIMS, DPR, NCDMB), and internal teams
- Ensure timely reporting and contract compliance
- Support audits, change orders, and monthly reviews.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Technical, Legal, or commercial discipline
- 15+ years in major oil & gas projects
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project control skills
- Fluent in English.
