Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead country operations for a fast-growing organization.
- This role requires a visionary leader with strong managerial and functional expertise to drive growth, efficiency, and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company both internally and externally, ensuring positive impact across all operations.
- Supervise operations and corporate matters while coaching and guiding teams.
- Lead compliance efforts and foster teamwork across global and regional teams.
- Develop, communicate, and execute company goals to achieve growth targets.
- Oversee budgets, sales goals, and profit expectations, ensuring performance aligns with strategic plans.

Requirements
