Operations Support Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Support logistics activities, including inventory management, scheduling, and tracking of materials/equipment.
- Assist in procurement processes: vendor sourcing, quotation reviews, and purchase order preparation.
- Provide project coordination support by maintaining project documentation, progress tracking, and timely reporting.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years’ proven experience in operations, logistics, or procurement (engineering background is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 / Month. Slightly negotiable dependind on experience
