Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Plant Engineer located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Outside Plant Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining the network infrastructure outside the central office.
- Daily tasks include conducting site surveys, overseeing OSP construction projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- This role requires close collaboration with other engineering teams to ensure seamless network operations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Outside Plant (OSP), OSP Engineering, and OSP Construction
- Experience in Network Design for outside plant infrastructure
- Ability to conduct detailed site surveys and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is advantageous
