Requirement
- First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration. Agriculture or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and strong Microsoft suite skills.
- Possess an analytical mind and as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement tools, workflow, and technologies that enhance efficiency and commercial performance.
- Work well in a matrix environment with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Preparation of all reports, KPIs, order fulfillment, and the smooth operations of the commercials.
