Senior Manager Trans Accounting

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Creation of high performing team environment enabling employees to reach their full potential and maximize personal and business performance.
  • Effective management of costs and budget.
  • Leadership of the design and adoption of transactional accounting policies, procedures and controls.
  • Oversight of the AP, AR and Property functions.
  • Manager the input, accuracy and maintenance of all lease (Ground and Tenant) information in Oracle.
  • Receipts from customers as per agreed contractual conditions and management of Debtor balances.
  • Effective management of bad debts.
  • Effective management of long outstanding creditors
  • Establishment and application of internal controls for AR, AP and Property.
  • Delivery of financial information for Revenue, Billing and ground lease expenses.
  • Performance of the Super User role for the applicable AR/AP and Property modules.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years Oracle Accounts Payable/Account Receivable/Property experience
  • 3+ years creditors management experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in collections
  • 3+ years in prior management experience
  • Experience in the Telecommunications industry preferred
