Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fine dining establishment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth operations, staff performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent fine dining service standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring professionalism and guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve customer concerns promptly and elegantly.
- Monitor and control inventory, food & beverage costs, and waste management.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain menu quality and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, upselling, and customer retention.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting for the restaurant.
- Maintain a positive brand image through excellent service and guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in restaurant management, preferably fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, customer service, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
