Applications are now open for the 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training 2025. It is a Fully Funded Training Program that consists of an online course for one month and face-to-face training in Singapore from December 1 to 5, 2025. Moreover, participants will also enjoy a cultural tour to learn more about Singapore’s history and culture. There is no application fee, and all the expenses are covered. The ASEF 13th Public Diplomacy Training 2025 is Hosted by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The main objective of this program is to enhance Knowledge about public diplomacy skills, improve public perceptions of Asia and Europe, and strengthen diplomatic efforts between Asian and European countries. Online Course (15 September-20 October 2025): The online course primarily aims to enhance participants’ skills in effective communication, collaboration, and conveying a message to shape public perception in Asia-Europe relations.
