Have you ever dreamed of watching the Northern Lights? This dream can come true if you are selected for the Youth Leadership Forum 2025 in Iceland! Applications are now open for the HKH Arctic Youth Leadership Forum 2025, taking place in Reykjavik, Iceland. It’s an amazing program for young people who are passionate about climate change. Both the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) and Arctic regions are icy regions. However, due to climate change, the HKH region is warming at twice the global average, while the Arctic is warming nearly four times faster. This rapid warming is severely impacting people’s homes, cultures, and futures in both regions. Through this forum, young people from both the HKH and Arctic regions will come together to share ideas and collaborate on finding solutions for climate change. All costs will be fully covered, including travel, accommodation, and participation costs. More details are below.
