World Water Challenge 2025 in South Korea (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the World Water Challenge 2025 in South Korea. The World Water Challenge is an international contest organized by the Korea Water Forum and sponsored by the Ministry of Environment of Korea, aimed at identifying innovative water solutions. This program is open to anyone worldwide who is interested in water. There is no application fee. Selected applicants will travel to Daegu, Korea, to attend Korea International Water Week (KIWW). Up to 10 selected solutions will receive return airfare, accommodation, and cash prizes. The forum is set to take place on November 13-14 during KIWW 2025. What is the World Water Challenge?

Objectives of the Program

The World Water Challenge 2025 is looking for new ideas (developed in the last 10 years) that solve water problems and help achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Priority will be given to one of the following areas.
