- We are a fast‑growing international company operating in the iGaming sectors. To expand our presence in African markets, we are looking for a disciplined and result‑driven Telesales Executive to handle calls, present our product portfolio, and convert qualified leads into loyal customers. You will work from our local office (09:00–17:00) and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make warm calls to the client base; generate your own leads.
- Present the company’s products and services.
- Conduct negotiations and identify customer needs.
- Close deals and process orders.
- Keep records in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Experience in telephone sales will be an advantage.
- References from previous employment will be an advantage.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience (fintech, gambling, banking, collection, retail, nutraceuticals) 6 months+
- Education: completed secondary school + a post‑secondary vocational program (2 years +).
- High discipline and organization (e.g., provide requested documents on time, meet deadlines).
- Integrity: no criminal record.
Conditions:
- Full‑time in the local office, 09:00–17:00 (1‑hour lunch break).
- Fixed employment contract covering key legal terms.
- Compliance with job instructions and proper communication with management and colleagues.
- Salary paid once a month between the 1st and 15th.
