About the job

  • We are a fast‑growing international company operating in the iGaming sectors. To expand our presence in African markets, we are looking for a disciplined and result‑driven Telesales Executive to handle calls, present our product portfolio, and convert qualified leads into loyal customers. You will work from our local office (09:00–17:00) and report directly to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities: 

  • Make warm calls to the client base; generate your own leads.
  • Present the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct negotiations and identify customer needs.
  • Close deals and process orders.
  • Keep records in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Experience in telephone sales will be an advantage.
  • References from previous employment will be an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience (fintech, gambling, banking, collection, retail, nutraceuticals) 6 months+
  • Education: completed secondary school + a post‑secondary vocational program (2 years +).
  • High discipline and organization (e.g., provide requested documents on time, meet deadlines).
  • Integrity: no criminal record.

Conditions:

  • Full‑time in the local office, 09:00–17:00 (1‑hour lunch break).
  • Fixed employment contract covering key legal terms.
  • Compliance with job instructions and proper communication with management and colleagues.
  • Salary paid once a month between the 1st and 15th.
