Job Summary
- Pack’N’Pay is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will use a mix of creativity, data analytics, and digital tools to attract, engage, and retain customers for our retail and e-commerce services. This role requires someone who can work both independently (remote) and collaboratively (on-site) to deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Pack’N’Pay products and services.
- Manage paid ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising for best results.
Content & Brand Growth:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and copy.
- Use SEO and content marketing to increase organic reach.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify trends and insights to improve campaigns.
Collaboration & Support
- Work with the customer experience and sales teams to align marketing messages.
- Support offline marketing events with digital amplification.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work both remotely and on-site.
