Job Summary

  • Pack’N’Pay is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will use a mix of creativity, data analytics, and digital tools to attract, engage, and retain customers for our retail and e-commerce services. This role requires someone who can work both independently (remote) and collaboratively (on-site) to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Pack’N’Pay products and services.
  • Manage paid ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising for best results.

Content & Brand Growth:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and copy.
  • Use SEO and content marketing to increase organic reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor digital performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve campaigns.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with the customer experience and sales teams to align marketing messages.
  • Support offline marketing events with digital amplification.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work both remotely and on-site.
