Beauty Advisor

- Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up to close sales across all platforms
- Collaborate with logistics officers to stay updated on stock levels and ensure smooth order processing
- Offer professional skincare and product recommendations tailored to individual skin types
- Report regularly to the CEO via the Managing Director
- Train and support merchandisers in customer service and sales techniques
- Conduct regular visits to B2B outlets to support and boost sales performance
- Monitor merchandiser activity and performance, offering guidance and feedback
- Recruit, engage, and manage relationships with beauty influencers and social media ambassadors
- Carry out other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of skincare and strong familiarity with various skin types
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of beauty and skincare trends
- Social media savvy with the ability to create engaging content and build online communities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Sales-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a plus
