Requirements
- HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 least years progressive HR/People Operations experience, including at 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience supporting multi -location teams and handling both core and contract staff.
- Background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred
