- A Telecom Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of telecommunications equipment installations and related activities adhere to established standards.
Requirement
- Knowledge of telecom equipment installation quality standard.
- Spot-check of issues based on quality standard.
- Train SBC based on QA standard.
- Report any issues found that violate Quality assurance.
