Job Objectives
- To coordinate strategic marketing initiatives, conduct product research, and build brand awareness to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth.
- Adept at developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, managing customer communications, analyzing sales data, and preparing performance reports to support business objectives and promote company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness and visibility through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintaining a strong customer relationships, new customer acquisition and sourcing new business opportunities, and generating sales reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Committed to achieving individual and team financial targets, exceeding revenue and growth projections, and enhancing market penetration across product lines.
- Coordinating promotional programs, conducting market intelligence, and preparing detailed reports to measure marketing performance and business development efforts.
- Contribute to organizational growth by developing and implementing effective marketing plans, driving aggressive campaigns, and identifying strategic market penetration opportunities for individual brands.
- Maintaining comprehensive marketing activity reports, and ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives.
Social Media Marketing:
- Content creation and deployment of consumer-facing content and communication campaigns to maximize reach and improve ROI.
- Drive sales and source clients for shared space services through strategic social media engagement.
- Plan and execute community initiatives, programs, and events to promote shared space services.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Create engaging, platform-appropriate content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional videos.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, online reviews, and overall brand sentiment.
- Provide community insights and feedback to management and key stakeholders to inform strategy.
- Maintain active awareness of competitor activities and trends in the market.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, industry influencers, and professionals.

- Proven experience managing a profitable and globally recognized QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand
- In-depth knowledge of QSR industry trends and best practices
- Strong cost management skills to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective inventory management to minimize waste and maximize availability
