- Welcome clients and visitors professionally and politely
- Answer calls, take messages and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Log visitors, manage deliveries, and enforce front desk protocols.
- Support walk-in clients with basic enquiries or direct them to the right person.
- Assist with minor dministrative tasks.
