Responsibilities
- Remote support to field teams on all MW TX activities.
- Commissioning and Trouble Shooting.
- Service Migration and Cut-over.
- Work with implementation manager (IMP) in achieving project objectives.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Over 5 years of successful work experience in MW Transmission network project delivery or network maintenance;
- Familiar with MW TX seamless delivery solution (L2/L3 provisioning) and have the ability to do troubleshooting for complex problems, PS Firewall migration experience;
- Familiar with MW TX related technologies such as VLAN Mapping / EPLA / QOS, CA;
- Experience in actual project delivery, customer technology communication.
- Strong communication ability, good customer service awareness and network security awareness.
