Our client, a reputable International School located in Lagos (Mainland), is seeking a competent and experienced Plumber to join its Facility Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of all plumbing systems and related infrastructure across the school premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair all plumbing fixtures and systems including pipes, toilets, water tanks, and drainage systems.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and carry out necessary repairs.
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures as required.
- Ensure that all plumbing work complies with health and safety standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to the Facility Manager.
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE Certificate or Trade Test Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Integrity, reliability, and a good work ethic.
