Job Summary
- The Receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
 - You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and partners – so a warm, polished, and professional demeanor is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
 - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
 - Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment
 - Schedule appointments and manage meetings
 - Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
 - Provide basic information to inquiries about the company, services, and listings
 - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
 - Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
 
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Office Administration/Management, or a related field.
 - Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
 - Friendly and professional attitude
 - Must reside in Abuja.
